I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 16. It all good and cheery that you's are living with it, but your leaving out another important part of it. The part that makes it hard for me to live with. Its the darkening of skin around neck, armpits, inbetween breasts (which means i cant wear any clothes that i like) on the back and front of elbows, and pubic area. Your'e all lucky you dont have this side of PCOS. Its been stopping my entire life. I cant even wear my hair up when its hot because people say 'ew you should wash ur neck'! I've been to the dermatologist and all they gave me was fading gel.. well ive been on it for a year now and its not working! No-one seems to mention this side of PCOS!
