Bizfficiency Program Helps Businesses Implement Systems for Success

November 10, 2010 By Johanna Baker-Dowdell Leave a Comment

Being your own boss is the ultimate dream, right? What about when you’re struggling to get everything done, you feel overwhelmed and the business has taken over your life? Forget the dream – welcome to the nightmare affecting so many entrepreneurs.

As a small business owner, accountant Alycia Edgar knows this situation very well, but she also found the solution. After the success of her small business accounting solution Bookzkeeper, Alycia is now launching the Bizfficiency program for business systemisation.

Like many parents Alycia decided to start her own business so she and her family could enjoy better work/life balance. And there was balance, until Alycia chose to grow the business. Then the sleepless nights, overwhelming feelings and stress set in. She knew there must be a solution to this small business nightmare and set about finding it. The solution is implementing systems.

“Each time I implemented a new system I saw great results, which grew the more I systemised my business,” Alycia explained.

“I increased my client base by 66 per cent, doubled my revenue, developed lucrative joint venture relationships, spent more time with my family and stopped waking up at 4am!”

“I now run my business using a number of different systems that all work coherently together. Now I enjoy each day feeling focused, motivated and optimistic about the future and I achieve much more in one day than I used to. I want to share that sense of achievement with others,” she added.

Using her experience as a small business owner who struggled to keep all the balls in the air before systemising with great results, Alycia is today launching her five-week Bizfficiency – Discover the Business of Business teleseminar series.

The series, which starts on 17 November, covers a different aspect of system implementation every week:

  • Weeks One and Two – Personal Productivity System
  • Weeks Three and Four – Marketing Systems and Client Systems
  • Week Five – Financial Systems, Strategy and Measurement Systems

“The beauty about starting now is business owners will be starting 2011 with brand new systems. What a way to take on the New Year!”

The Bizfficiency program includes five weekly teleseminars, checklists and templates, membership to Les McKeown’s Predictable Success site and more for the introductory price of $297. The 20 participants of the first program will offer feedback on how future programs will run.
