Green Point author Melissa Cooper is launching her book Moments of Grace this week at an intimate Central Coast party.
You are invited to attend the Moments of Grace book launch at Bamboo Buddha, 221 Wattle Tree Rd, Holgate, on Friday (10 July) from 6pm.Here you will be able to meet Melissa and speak to her about the experiences that led her to write this inspiring book.
Moments of Grace is a collection of heartfelt poems, telling of Melissa’s healing journey as she reconnected with her spirituality after a near-fatal car accident when she was 13 years old.
“I wasn’t expected to survive, but when I pulled through I realised the experience of fighting to live had changed me. That realisation was the beginning of a long physical, emotional, mental and spiritual journey for me exploring my relationship with myself and God,” Melissa explained.
“My journey planted the seeds for the inspiration I needed to write Moments of Grace and now it has been published around the world!” she said.
Published by AEG Publishing Group in New York, USA, Moments of Grace has become a guidebook for many struggling to find fulfilment in today’s world.
When not writing, Melissa works on the Central Coast as an Intimacy and Relationship Coach for her business Art of Intimacy. She works with individuals and groups to inspire them to improve their relationships.
Melissa is also a Civil Marriage Celebrant and Ordained Minister and speaks at seminars and conferences and guest hosts radio programs, as well as writing for national and international publications. She is currently writing a second book about relationships.
